Kirill Dmitriev, Managing Director

Kirill manages investments primarily in the financial services and technology, media and telecommunications sectors. He serves on the Boards of several fastest growing Russian companies including One Globe, a leader in travel reservation services, and Almirida, a cable content and home shopping pioneer. He managed the exits of DeltaBank to General Electric and DeltaCredit Bank to Societe Generale, as well as exits from CTC Media to Fidelity Investments, National Cable Networks to Basic Element and SUN Interbrew through public market sale. Mr. Dmitriev is the Chairman of the Russian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and serves on the Advisory Board of Harvard Business Review – Russia. Prior to joining Delta Private Equity in 2002, he was Deputy General Director of Information Business Systems (IBS) in Moscow, Russia's leading IT services company. At IBS he launched and headed the Internet Services and Management Consulting divisions. He also worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs in New York and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles, Moscow and Prague. A native of Kiev, he holds a BA in Economics with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University and an MBA with High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
