Mr. Elfond is a managing director of the International Council of Institutional Investors (ICII) which initiated the Emerging Markets Private Equity Conference (EMPEC). He is responsible for the team operations management and the client relationships. His work experience includes developing acquisition strategies at HSBC Financial Corporation. Mr. Elfond is also involved in a non-profit organization "Flag Dobra" helping organize charity events to benefit children with disabilities. Mr. Elfond a graduate of UC Berkeley with degrees in Electrical Engineering with Computer Science (EECS) and Applied Mathematics.
