Alexander V. Vinogradov is Deltatekh LTD founder and managing director since 1992. Deltatekh LTD (www.deltatekh.ru) is principal company which developed and designed the method and equipment for laser-induced fluorescent (LIF) proliferation area diagnostic. A.Vinogradov is one of the applicants and inventors in all Russian and foreign LIF diagnostic Patents of this project. He is chief professional in the low light imaging and laser equipment. A.Vinogradov was graduated by Moscow state university Physical Department in 1985 as a M.Sc on quantum radiophysic. Before 1992 he worked in AS USSR Vernadsky Institute, then in MSU A.N.Belozersky Institute. He is author of about twenty technical and scientific publications.
