Born in Baku, Azerbaijan moved to Germany with his family where he has graduated with honors from Heinrich Heine High School and upon graduation moved to the United States of America. Graduated from UCLA majoring in inertantional relations and business management with GPA 3.94, Graduated with Honors from Moscow State University Economics Faculty majoring in international finance, Graduated from Esquire School of Law in the United States, currently is a forth year student at Moscow State Academy of Law.

For the last 8 years is employed by leading investment banking insitutions and international corporations. Successfully completed intarnational projects in Corporate Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Currently is a Managing Partner of Aurora Capital, an international investment company with offices in Moscow, Kiev, London, New York, Dusseldorf and Dubai.

Mr Mekhti speaks English, German, Russian, Turkish, Azeri and Arabic languages.
Mr. Mekhti is a trustee of an international charity fund "Businessmen for Young Talents".

Mr. Mekhti's hobbies are sports and music.
