Since 2006 is a Head of the finance consulting company “Vermont Invest” that is the part of Vermont Group. Company’s main business fields are fund-raising for various projects with the focus on mid cap companies and IPO.
Before joining the Group of companies “Vermont” she worked as a Project manager for 2 years in investment banking sphere by “FinExpertiza-Capital”.
She has studied in Russia and Germany and obtained two degrees of higher economical education.
Mrs. Manshina speaks two foreign languages: English and German.
At present she is a post-graduate student (candidate) at University of Kassel (Germany).
