Ivy Lindstrom Fredericks is Founder, President & CEO of Transnational Capital Corp. Ms. Fredericks advises companies on public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring. Ms. Fredericks focuses primarily on emerging growth companies in the US, Europe and Asia.

Ms. Fredericks has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Previously, she was Managing Director, Corporate Finance with Westminster Securities and KPMG Peat Marwick in New York. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York.

Ms. Fredericks has been involved in over 100 transactions and has worked with public and private companies in the Americas, Asia, and Europe including the US, China, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Croatia, Russia, and Peru. She has extensive experience with emerging growth company stock exchanges throughout the world including the American Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, the OTC Bulletin Board, the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM), and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market).

Ms. Fredericks is on the Board of Directors of the Center for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, a non-profit NGO based in St. Petersburg, Russia which seeks to further ethical and transparent business practices in the Russian Federation, the CIS, and Eastern Europe. She is also a Senior Advisor to Ambient Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment and advisory firm. Until recently, she was on the Board of Directors of VI Group plc, a software company based in Stroud, England which trades on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (VIG) and the American Stock Exchange (GVI).

Ms. Fredericks speaks frequently at international conferences on a variety of Corporate Finance topics. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor, she has taught a course at New York University entitled “Privatization and Economic Reform: Focus on Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union”.

Ms. Fredericks received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from Smith College, and a Masters of International Affairs in International Business from Columbia University.
