Charlotte Philipps is the President & CEO of AIG INTERROS RCF Advisor Ltd. Ms Philipps is based in Moscow where she is heading the Fund’s investment team. Ms Philipps joined AIG INTERROS RCF with a long career of investing in the CIS and Eastern Europe. For over 12 years Ms Philipps worked at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in London where she was responsible for debt and equity investments in key oil & gas and industrial projects, such as the financing of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and the syndicated loan facilities for MITTAL Steel’s first CIS acquisition Ispat Karmet in Kazakhstan. Ms Philipps, a German national, holds a law degree from the University of Munich, she practised law in Germany and worked for Treuhandanstalt the German Privatisation agency prior to her move to the European Bank in 1993.
